As head, I feel privileged to be leading such a wonderful team of staff, who have a shared vision; work tirelessly to provide our children with positive school experiences; meet the needs of every child, providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment and continue to develop the outstanding relationships that exist with our pupils and community.

Today the children in Reception put some of our frogs into the pond in the secret garden. We have watched them develop from frogspawn to tadpoles to froglets and now frogs. It has been amazing see the life cycle of a frog happen in our classroom. 🐸

Someone is going to be a very proud Mam today. Frankie’s second visit to see me for great work this week ! After working so hard on his reading, today he came and read to me as we enjoyed a book together. We even went to tell his brothers. And after reading Paul’s writing, it was Frankie’s turn to give out a Headteacher’s sticker to his brother. Two proud boys and one very proud Headteacher. Well done boys!

Y5 had a great time on Friday, competing in the Trail Challenge around the Riding Sun Country Park.
The kids developed map reading, resilience, team work and showcased their superb manners throughout.
