Learning Through Fun
We are lucky to have regular visits from the students at Tynemet College who come to our PE sessions on Thursday afternoon.
Our Year 6 children enjoying a fantastic afternoon coding and programming a ’Crumble Bot’ for the first time with Nick from Newcastle University!
We had a very busy day in The Bees making pancakes and creating interactive pancake instructions on our iPads. Find out more in our class blog, we are the class of 2020!
We wanted to show everybody some of the different ways we learn about our numbers and our maths methods in the Bees class.
The Bees love visiting Churchill and working with older pupils from our partner school. Here is a small selection of just some of the wonderful projects they have worked on together!
Our Year 2 Bees have been hard at work programming and coding using our Scratch Jr app. They have used algorithms to create their own aminmations, impressive stuff!
Our Year 2 Bees are regular visiters to Churchill Community College and loved creating a whole host of different arts, crafts and foods. Check out some of our work here...
