Year 4 and year 4/5 have recently worked with an Entomolgist from NUSTEM. She brought a huge number of insects with her for the children to observe. They identified how to classify an insect and then had a go at drawing scientific sketches and models of the insects. Year 3 have loved learning about plants this half term. Last week, they were exploring the different parts of the flower and how seeds are formed and dispersed.
