As head, I feel privileged to be leading such a wonderful team of staff, who have a shared vision; work tirelessly to provide our children with positive school experiences; meet the needs of every child, providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment and continue to develop the outstanding relationships that exist with our pupils and community.

If anyone is in Tynemouth over the weekend, Battle Hill Primary School will be taking part in the school parade on Saturday, 11.15am and our fantastic choir will be singing on one of the stages on Front Street at 11.30am Sunday. This is a fantastic opportunity for the children, which will give them more special memories. It would be fantastic if you’re passing to stop and give them a cheer!

Year 4 have done us proud yet again! They have been cycling to Hadrian Leisure before working hard in their swimming lessons. Our children are a pleasure to take out and are always polite to members of the community. They have demonstrated our school values of respect, resilience and responsibility.
