As head, I feel privileged to be leading such a wonderful team of staff, who have a shared vision; work tirelessly to provide our children with positive school experiences; meet the needs of every child, providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment and continue to develop the outstanding relationships that exist with our pupils and community.

A special shout out to our lovely Joey, who received special recognition from Mrs Barnes for helping another child in her class ride his bike outside of school. Our children are such positive Battle Hill citizens! We are so proud of you Joey !

And it’s a wrap! Year 6 SATS are over. We have to give a huge shout out to every single Y6 pupil . They embraced each paper calmly; with positivity and they all tried their absolute best! They have blown us away with their attitudes this week and we could not be prouder ! Well done - each and every one of you is a star!

Wow - we definitely have a very talented poet in our midst! Vardaan has produced some excellent, emotive poetry over the last week - I could have sat and listened to him reading his work all day! Well done Vardaan!
